Мене звати Хаміде Узун. Я досвідчений дієтолог із програм оздоровлення, детоксикації та антистаріння.

Моя мета полягає в тому, щоб допомогти людям зрозуміти харчові звички та підтримувати їхні життєві звички щодо харчування.

Я закінчив факультет медичних наук Університету Ерджієс у 2011 році, а зараз також вивчаю докторську дисертацію в Ізмірському університеті імені Катіпа Челебі.

Той факт, що наука про харчування щодня поповнюється новою інформацією, викликає у мене ентузіазм щодо цієї професії. Моя місія полягає в тому, щоб поєднати мій професійний талант із моїми глибокими знаннями здоров’я та благополуччя, щоб запропонувати рішення, які принесуть баланс і гармонію фізичному та здоров’ю людей. психічне здоров'я. Моя мета — постійно вдосконалювати цю сферу та впроваджувати комплексні підходи, які покращать життя людей.

Я Зейнеп, фізіотерапевт, народилася в чудовому місті Анталія.

Мій інтерес до медицини, особливо анатомії людини, а також мої творчі перспективи спонукали мене стати фізіотерапевтом.

Ось чому я навчався в університеті на Кіпрі з 2015 по 2019 рік.

Коли я повернувся до Анталії, я брав участь у багатьох сертифікаційних програмах у галузі фізіотерапії.

Потім я відвідувала мовні курси, щоб покращити свою англійську.

Оскільки моє місто відвідує багато туристів, мені завжди було цікаво спілкуватися з людьми з різних культур.

Ось чому я розпочав свою кар’єру в оздоровчому та реабілітаційному готелі. У мене були пацієнти з різних куточків світу. Це був чудовий досвід одночасного лікування та вивчення їхніх культур.

Як терапевт, я найбільше зосереджую увагу на усвідомленні пози, коли допомагаю своїм пацієнтам.

Я вважаю, що скарги на біль, з якими ми сьогодні часто стикаємося, починаються з браку цього усвідомлення.

Це стало причиною того, що я почав працювати в клініках Medworld у 2024 році, де я отримав багато інноваційних можливостей і застосував цілісний підхід.
