Liu Yang

Liu Yang is a specialist at the clinic, focusing on external genital reconstructive surgery, intimate plastic surgery, and gender reassignment techniques. He is a National Health and Family Planning Commission appointed expert and helped draft and develop the national quality control standard for gender reassignment techniques (2015 version).
