Seemly Dental Clinic is a private dental and aesthetic facility in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Established in 2016, the clinic operates through four specialized departments. It treats patients from the United States, Switzerland, Canada, and Colombia.
Operational History and Patient Success
The clinic has been in operation for over 10 years. During this period, the medical team has treated more than 500 patients. The facility focuses on individualized care and durable results.
Specialties and Dental Methodologies
Seemly Dental Clinic combines restorative dentistry with aesthetic facial treatments. The medical team includes six specialists. Dr. Luis Lora is the director surgeon implantologist. Services fall into two main areas: Dental and Facial Aesthetics and Orofacial Wellness.
Dental Aesthetics and Restoration
The clinic offers several restorative and cosmetic options for smile enhancement:
- Dental implants performed by Dr. Luis Lora
- Veneers, including no-prep and minimal-prep options
- Implant-supported dental bridges
- Laser teeth whitening
- Dental crown installation
Specialists use Digital Smile Design (DSD) to plan aesthetic changes. This lets patients see their expected results before treatment begins.
Facial Aesthetics and Orofacial Wellness
Beyond traditional dentistry, the clinic treats conditions affecting facial harmony and jaw function. Specialists address TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders, teeth grinding (bruxism), and chronic jaw pain. Treatment plans often include Botox injections to manage muscle tension or improve facial balance.
The endodontics department, led by Dr. Pamela Sánchez, handles internal tooth treatments. These procedures preserve natural tooth structures.
Diagnostic and Treatment Technology
Seemly Dental Clinic uses digital imaging and modeling for precise treatment planning. The facility has Cerec Omnicam Digital Diagnostic Models. This system creates detailed 3D maps of the teeth – no traditional molds needed. The diagnostic suite also includes:
- Panoramic X-ray for full-mouth imaging
- Digital Smile Design software for aesthetic planning
- Surgical templates to guide precise implant placement
These tools help surgeons create plans tailored to each patient's anatomy.
International Patient Services
The clinic offers a structured program called "Elite Dental Tourism in the Caribbean" for foreign visitors. Staff coordinators manage trip details, including airport-to-accommodation transfers. A dedicated concierge assists with logistics during the stay.
After patients return home, the medical team continues remote follow-up via WhatsApp. This monitors recovery and long-term results.
