Rio Prime Clinic, also known as Human Clinic World, is a private plastic surgery practice in the Barra da Tijuca district of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Kadu Peçanha leads the single-doctor practice. Surgical procedures take place in five accredited hospitals across the city.

Professional Credentials and Experience

Dr. Kadu Peçanha has performed over 1,000 surgeries in his 10-year career. He is a Member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP). His qualifications include a specialist registration number (RQE 51111) and a medical license (CRM-RJ 104625-0).

The practice follows a safety model called Procedimento com Segurança. This system uses specialized teams and strict surgical protocols. Structured follow-up maintains continuity of care. Patients have scheduled return visits and direct access to the medical team during recovery.

Specialties and Surgical Procedures

The clinic focuses on breast surgery, body contouring, and facial aesthetics. Dr. Peçanha uses personalized planning and surgical simulations to guide treatment. The practice offers several signature techniques:

• Mastopexy in "L" – A reduced-scar technique for breast lifting.
• Secondary Mastopexy – Corrective breast lifting for patients with existing implants.
• Lipoabdominoplasty – Combines tummy tuck with liposuction to address diastasis and skin laxity.
• Mommy Makeover – A combined approach using fat grafting and abdominal remodeling.
• Lipo HD – High-definition liposuction to enhance muscle definition.

For mommy makeover procedures, the clinic often uses the autoprothesis technique. This method repositions the patient's own tissue to create natural volume. The team also addresses abdominal diastasis – the separation of stomach muscles. Facial surgeries include rhinoplasty, facelift, and blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery).

Regenerative Medicine and Aesthetics

The clinic provides regenerative treatments developed through fellowships at FACES+ San Diego. These methods use the patient's own biological material for rejuvenation. The team performs Coleman fat grafting, which transfers autologous fat to restore volume. Non-surgical options are also available for skin refinement and scar removal.

The aesthetic department offers several injectable treatments:

• Botulinum toxin injections for wrinkle reduction.
• Dermal fillers for facial contouring.
• Laser therapies for skin rejuvenation and scar management.

These treatments work as standalone options or supplements to surgical procedures.

Advanced Technologies

Rio Prime Clinic uses specialized platforms for tissue processing and skin care. Regenerative technologies help improve healing and aesthetic outcomes. Key equipment includes:

• Lipocube – A system for processing fat tissue for regenerative injections.
• Exocube – Technology used in advanced skin rejuvenation protocols.
• High-performance lasers – Tools for non-surgical rejuvenation and scar treatment.

Dr. Peçanha also applies intensive care experience to manage patient safety during complex operations.

Services for International Patients

The clinic supports international patients through a dedicated scheduling flow. Online consultations let patients review their medical history and surgical goals before traveling. These virtual meetings help define possibilities and limitations. All communications and aftercare support are in Portuguese.

Patients receive guidance on surgical planning and pre-operative requirements. The clinic enforces strict fasting protocols. Any intake of water or juice before surgery results in immediate cancellation. The medical team stays available for questions throughout recovery.
