Great communication, the possibility of online consultations, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Chorvat — an excellent doctor. In case of any complications, you can also count on ongoing support via WhatsApp, help with hotel bookings and airport transfers, as well as evaluation of post-procedure photos. Thank you very much for the post-operative care and mediating between me and the clinic :)

There is no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care I received a couple days ago.
I have undergone the breast augmentation with dr Chorvat a week ago and I am happy to say I’d re-live those two days again.
The whole booking process was really easy, I have contacted them in March, asking about the details and all informations I needed was sent back right away.
All the questions I had, all concerns were answered and explained. The International Clients lady, Nikola, heads down walked me through the whole procedure.
There was no pressure and pushing to choose the day and go ahead - they were flexible and gave me the time I wanted - in November.
Stepping into the clinic on the day, I was welcomed by a lovely reception lady and the whole process began.
The clinic itself is very clean and modern. It gives you very luxurious first impressions. Fresh flowers and water - top notch for an aesthetic lover. Makes you want to come back.
I had all my medical in the hospital the same day I was operated - that was my personal choice.
When all the checks (bloods, scan etc.) were done I was ready to have a consultation with the doctor Chorvat.
The approach, the understanding and professionalism was absolutely amazing. I was given the choice of implants I wanted, I was able to explain what kind of effects I am after and I was heard. I was also able to show the pictures of the effects I was after. He provided a great care and advice - couldn’t think of anyone better.
The surgery itself went very smooth. I was asked all the times if I was okay, if I understood what was happening and if I needed any meds.
The room I slept in has everything you might need, I have even discovered the morning I checked out that they provided a tablet and headphones! The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works great. I also had a TV with Netflix in the room. The internet works well. The private bathroom was beautiful. The room has CCTV in case something happens.
After the operation, I was monitored by the staff at all times and given medication. The personnel was coming every time you might needed help, there was a button to ask the nurses to come over. All the food is also provided - the snack after the surgery, the light supper and a private fridge with the drinks to help yourself.
Dr Chorvat also came later to check up on me.
I was really amazed how much the nurses genuinely cared about my well being. At night there was a night shift doctor checking up on me also. Thank you all so much for your kindness!
The check out process was also very easy. I was given the menu to choose all my food for breakfast the night before. Plenty to choose from!
After the breakfast (amazing coffee by the way! ☕️) the nurse was doing a final checks and help me dress up.
To all the nurses and staff that took care of me - thank you. All of them very professional, very polite and helpful. All of the staff speaks perfectly in English.
To the surgeon - from the moment I stepped in, I knew I am in the best hands! If I had to do this again - it would be the same doctor!
Overall, it was 10/10 experience and I will recommend the Premier Clinic to everyone.

One month ago I had a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Slaninka at Premier Clinic, and I wanted to share my experience.
Overall, I’m happy with my decision and my results are progressing well so far. Dr. Slaninka was professional, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. I never felt rushed during my consultation, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, very clean, and in a great location.
There are, however, a few areas where I think the patient experience could be improved.
During the procedure, which was performed under local anaesthetic, there were several members of staff talking amongst themselves quite loudly in their language. Because you’re fully awake, you hear everything, and the level of conversation and laughter made me feel uncomfortable at times. It may not bother everyone, but for anyone who experiences anxiety, I think a calmer, quieter environment would make a big difference.
I also paid an additional €100 for a one-week post-operative follow-up, which I was told I would receive, but it never happened so lovely waste of money . I’m still unsure why this was missed, and I would have appreciated some explanation rather than having to question it myself. Receptionist said I’d receive follow up video meeting link sent to my email .
Finally, when I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp with a simple question about post medication that hadn’t been discussed during my consultation, I felt the response was unnecessarily defensive. Rather than acknowledging that the information hadn’t been provided, I was made to feel as though I had left before they could explain it. A more understanding and accountable approach would have been appreciated.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend Dr. Slaninka based on his professionalism and the care he provided personally. My healing has been going well, and I’m pleased with my results so far. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as addressing these points would make the overall patient experience even better. I would’ve honestly loved to give 5 stars !

I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but every day when I look in the mirror, I’m reminded of the outcome, so I feel it’s important to share my experience.
I had liposuction with Dr. Slaninka in 2024. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. My body was left with visible asymmetry, irregular contours, residual love handles, hard lumps, and uneven fat deposits that make it look as though two different people were stitched together. My abdomen was especially disappointing, with visible “islands” of fat that create an irregular appearance.
I was also scheduled to have liposuction of my full back. However, I was never turned onto my stomach during the procedure, so it seemed that the back was only treated from the sides while I was lying on my back. The result reflected that.
What also concerned me was that Dr. Slaninka did not see me before the surgery to examine me or mark the areas to be treated, which I had expected for a procedure like this.
The first hospital experience was also unpleasant. The nurse who attempted to insert my IV appeared very inexperienced, and after several painful attempts I told her it was hurting and making me feel faint. Instead of showing empathy, she replied, “Then why did you choose to have surgery if you can’t handle this?” Thankfully, another nurse took over and was kind and professional, but the initial experience left a very negative impression.
After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the results, the clinic offered me a revision liposuction in 2025 under local anesthesia for a small additional fee. I appreciated that they acknowledged my concerns and offered a correction. During the revision, Dr. Slaninka did examine me beforehand and marked the areas, which was an improvement. He was always polite and respectful throughout both experiences.
Unfortunately, even after the revision, my abdomen was not corrected satisfactorily. Some fat deposits were removed, but others were left behind, and the irregular contour remains clearly visible. Looking at before-and-after photos, it is obvious that the result is still uneven.
Cosmetic surgery is supposed to make you feel more confident. Instead, for the past two years I have avoided wearing swimsuits and constantly try to hide my midsection. Even a one-piece swimsuit doesn’t conceal the unevenness. Honestly, I would rather have had my original body than the result I have today.
While Dr. Slaninka was always polite and nice, I cannot recommend him based on my personal experience with the surgical outcome. For me, kindness alone cannot make up for results that I have to live with every day.

I visited this clinic in May for a peeling treatment. Unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with the result, so I shared my experience through a review.
Afterwards, I was contacted by the clinic and offered either a discount on a future treatment or the possibility of trying another treatment. I appreciated their willingness to address my concerns and I accepted the offer. We exchanged few emails together but at one point I did not receive any further communication for quite some time. About a month later, I received a replaced response to my review, stating that they had tried to contact me but had not received a reply, together with what appeared to be a first reminder email, which was confusing, as it gave the impression that I was the one who had not followed up, while in reality I had been waiting for their response.
I replied that we already had a conversation, and sent reminders after, but they disappeared again...
At first, I was open to giving the clinic another chance, and I would probably have considered having further treatments despite my first experience not being particularly positive. But with this episode is very clear that the discounted treatment would have never happened, it was more of a convenient way to appear responsive rather than a genuine attempt to make things right.
A nice little strategy: offer a solution, disappear, and then make it look publicly like the client was the one who did not reply. Not very clever though :))
At least I know now that the best treatment I received was probably the lesson to not come back, this time for sure.
