Exceptionally amazing orthopedic center with great doctors like David, Rajan and Santosh. We came for a consult last year and had a double knee surgery this year. The whole process was extremely smooth.- the doctor took time to explain everything in detail and each one of the supporting staff from nurses Junior doctor what staff are all extremely patient kind and giving. I would highly recommend them for any kind of orthopedic issue.

The first person I am grateful for is Dr. Nalandha, who is the orthopedic surgeon who operated on my mom for both her knee replacements. Dr. Nalandha was absolutely fantastic with my mother. He is kind, compassionate, caring, and extremely competent. His dedication to his patients shines through in every single interaction. The surgeries were performed expertly, with no complications whatsoever. Not only did he visit my mom twice a day while she was in the hospital post surgery, but he also called in the morning and evening to the nurses station to check in on her condition, even on Sunday. It is comforting to see a physician with so much care and dedication towards his patients. Ortho One Is very lucky to have Dr. Nalandha as one of their orthopedic surgeons. He is a true asset to the hospital, and a blessing for his patients. Dr. Shyam Sundar, who sees my mom for general ortho care, was also part of the surgical team with Dr. Nalandha. He also visited twice a day and his presence was comforting to my mom. Dr. Shiju(fellow) also visited 2-3 times a day to check in with mom. Kavitha from physiotherapy was phenomenal with my mom. She was very patient and helped my mom tremendously. The charge nurse and Nursing supervisor also rounded and made us feel heard and welcome. The staff on the floor was exemplary. They were prompt, caring, I would like to acknowledge Betty, Gowsalya, Gayathri, Anushyam, Sugapriya, Monika, Krishnaveni from the floor, and Brinda from the recovery room. Everyone was so kind to my mom. The assistants, Raji and Mohanpriya were very helpful and had ever smiling attitudes. Dietician Priyadarshini was very helpful with advice for mom on how to eat for weight loss, which is very important post knee surgery. Sathya’ma, who did the room cleaning multiple times a day was always cheerful. Prakash from the pantry was also very polite and kind at all times. In all, our experience was very good at Ortho One. We would highly recommend this hospital for ortho care.

We recently have got knee replacement surgery done in Ortho one hospital for my Mother in Law under Dr. Yuvarajan Sir. First of all I would like to thank the services offered to whole hospital management. From day one we have got admitted into hospital the treatment and the care was provided to us was awesome. The procedure was clearly explained to us by Doctors. HATS OFF to the duty nurses and other supporting staffs who served us day and night with smiling face always and their immediate response for the whole 5 days stay in the hospital. It helped the patient emotionally to be strong thus inturn helps to heal faster. Coming the housekeeping services, the rooms were maintained very neat and clean, and house keeping staffs did their job perfectly. The physio therapist are really kind and helped patient to do their exercise. We have opted for cashless treatment under insurance. The billing process was very smooth and seamless. Overall I like the kindness and services, ambience and care provided by the hospital. A big thank you for the whole hospital management for good hospitality. Keep up your good service to the society and people.

I will come first time in ortho-one orthopaedic hospital. 8yrs old baby leg surgery already done by otherwise but not ready to all. This hospital dr. Care of the baby immediately surgery to take recovered them and successful . So i can should be best treatment and save the baby. Thanks to all drs and nurses staff's.

It's funny when someone says they enjoyed a visit to the hospital - but that's what I experienced when I visited OrthoOne 2 days ago. Right from getting an appointment at short notice, to registering it was an amazing experience.I was also so happy that Dr. Sreeram dissuaded me from having any investigation/ x-ray and said that it was a simple issue which a bit of Physiotherapy would give me a lot of comfort - This specially in an age when doctors and hospitals promote more and more investigation I always admire the systems put in place at OrthoOne. I was also admiring today all the latest equipment there - right from the taking the vitals to the IFT. It looks like they have been investing and upgrading the equipment constantly.

I brought my Aunt to Ortho one, despite her being recommended to Ganga Hospitals.I personally have had two surgeries on my left ankle and suffered for two years due to the apathy, antiseptic , commercial approach of Ganga Hospitals. When I brought them there they were treated very well by junior staff and made them feel comfortable. I reached an hour later, they were well taken care of, when they were called in to meet Dr. Santosh , he spent almost 20 minutes with them examining their case, he also insisted for more tests, I feared the worst. The doctor post that did not recommend any surgery immediately, which was a relief. He told us that a decision would be taken after another review after 3 weeks. At Ganga, they decided in less than 5 minutes and botched up my surgery.Overall I think my aunt ,uncle and I returned satisfied. We couldn't have asked for more.
