I have researched for months for a reliable and professional hair transplant establishment with Dr Serkan's clinic choosing me as a potential candidate which I was delighted by. The office representatives were caring, proactive with their responses, and incredibly detailed from day one. From answering my multiple queries before the trip was booked to guiding me via Whatsapp through every step of the way once I arrived. Berk, my consultant was extremely helpful and made the entire process feel easy and safe. He also recommended specific treatment plans based on his experience and even reached out to get doctor advice from my pictures. On the days leading up to the procedure, he took such great care and settling my nerves on what to expect not just medically, but personally. For examples, places to visit, eat and enjoy the local surrounds. I truly felt supported and taken care of. Thank you sooo much Berk !!!! 😊 My experience at the clinic was outstanding. Huge congratulations to the onsite staff and medical staff they put endless hours on getting each patient dealt with care and patience. Pick up and drop offs to pre and post operative care are very well explained and organised. I must recommend with a five star experience. 👏🏾

Utmost professionell, structured and organized. From the moment you arrive at the airport everything is organized and you have someone at your side. A very modern clinic with state of the art equipment. Always someone available who can speak your mother tongue, at least for most clients. A lot of clients from the US, Canada, Western Europe and Middle East. Pricing seems fair and competitive, even for Turkey. Cheaper in the summer months than in winter due to less demand. The doctors are not involved in the operation, that’s done by technicians who do nothing else since years. Doctors only supervise and decide on hairlin, number of grafts... That’s common procedure in most clinics unless you pay a tenfold in New York for the same service. I don’t think it can be done much better, unless maybe a bit more time for Q&A with the doctors or the owner himself. I am happy with my choice of the clinic. I’ll come back in a few months for part 2.

My experience was exceptional from start to end! My first point of contact, initially was Katre. She was understanding and patient with me during the entire initial process as I kept changing my mind on important topics, such as dates. My second point of contact Emre was nothing but helpful and thoughtful! Finally there was the operation team! This group of individuals did such an amazing job! Only wish I knew their names, but I was lucky enough to get a picture with them! All in all, highly recommended!

From the very first message to the moment we boarded our flight back to New York, our experience with Dr. Serkan and his incredible team was nothing short of amazing. Exceptional Service and Results at Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic. I recently had a hair transplant at Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic on October 2nd, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, the service was truly first-class and meticulously planned. The transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to the hospital was seamless and well-coordinated, which took a lot of the stress out of traveling for the procedure. The entire hospital staff was incredibly supportive and caring. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and received the best possible service at every step. This wasn't just a clinical process; I felt genuinely cared for. I particularly appreciated the thorough and honest consultation process. Initially, I was told I would need 5200 grafts, but after a detailed consultation with Dr. Serkan Aygin, they finalized the plan for 5800 grafts. This willingness to adjust the plan based on the doctor's expert assessment shows their commitment to the best possible outcome for the patient, not just meeting a pre-set number. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. If you are considering a hair transplant, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic. You will be in excellent hands!
