Experience and Professional Recognition
The clinic has performed over 2,000 surgeries. Dr. Rafael Martins has treated more than 3,000 patients since 2011. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP).
Specialized Breast Procedures
The clinic's signature offering is the 24h Recovery breast implant technique. This method uses Fast Track Recovery protocols to speed up return to daily life. Surgeons place the implant partially under the muscle for a smooth transition.
- Patients can move their arms and wash their hair within hours of surgery.
- Driving and lifting small children are typically possible the next day.
- Recovery timelines are confirmed during the required in-person evaluation.
For patients who need both volume and lifting, the clinic offers mastopexy with implants. This procedure combines breast repositioning and augmentation in one session. It requires general anesthesia and a 12- to 24-hour hospital stay.
Body Contouring and Intimate Surgery
The clinic offers High Definition Liposuction (Lipo HD) for precise body contouring. This technique follows the patient's muscle anatomy to define specific body areas. It is often applied to the abdomen to enhance muscle visibility.
Dr. Rafael Martins also performs corrective abdominal and intimate procedures:
- Abdominoplasty to remove excess skin and repair separated abdominal muscles.
- Labiaplasty to reduce the small vaginal labia and correct asymmetries.
- Panniculectomy for patients who need removal of large skin aprons.
- Rhinoplasty for aesthetic or functional nose reshaping.
Labiaplasty uses spinal anesthesia or sedation, so same-day discharge is often possible. Abdominoplasty is recommended for patients after major weight loss or pregnancy.
Patient Safety and Technology
The clinic uses Fast Track Recovery protocols to improve surgical outcomes. Every procedure begins with a detailed physical exam and medical history review. Dr. Rafael Martins conducts these evaluations in person to align expectations with surgical options.
