Абдомінопластика Fleur de Lis в clinic Especialistas del Poblado

Clinic Especialistas del Poblado is a private surgical center in Medellín, Colombia. It focuses on elective plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery. The facility operates from a single location in the El Poblado district, with a medical team of six specialists.

Accreditations and Patient Statistics

The clinic is authorized by the Colombian Ministry of Health through the Seccional de Salud de Antioquia. It holds certification from the National Registry of Health Service Providers (REPS). Surgeons are approved through the RETHUS national registry of health professionals.

The institution has more than 15 years of clinical activity. During this time, the team has treated over 70,000 local and international patients. The clinic has performed 10,000 breast surgery procedures.

Surgical Specialties and Methods

The facility covers facial, body, and reconstructive surgery. Specialists manage an end-to-end pathway that includes pre-surgical evaluations, anesthesia consultations, and diagnostic testing. All procedures are handled by an internal team without third-party intermediaries.

Plastic and Body Surgery

The surgical team performs various body-contouring procedures. For tummy tucks, surgeons use Corse 3D Siluet and Inside de Ombligo techniques. These methods refine the abdominal profile and belly button appearance. The clinic also offers the Fleur De Lis Tummy Tuck for significant skin removal.

Breast surgery options include:

• Mastopexy (breast lift) with asymmetry correction
• Periareolar breast lift using the wedge technique
• Breast augmentation with silicone implants
• Breast reduction surgery

Dr. Daniel Andrés Correa Posada leads this department with 20 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

Aesthetic Medicine and Hair Restoration

Non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments take place in a dedicated procedures room. For hair restoration, the clinic uses its exclusive Microimplante Capilar Directo (MCD) technique. This ambulatory method involves follicular extraction and grafting under local anesthesia. Patients typically see initial growth 3 to 4 months after the procedure.

Aesthetic services also include:

• Laser vaginal rejuvenation and tightening
• Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy
• Botox and dermal filler injections
• Facelift and mini facelift procedures

Post-procedure recovery is supported by an on-site hyperbaric chamber. This technology helps speed healing and reduce inflammation after surgery.

Advanced Medical Infrastructure

The facility has five high-complexity operating rooms designed for elective surgery. These rooms follow a "clean operating room" concept to maintain high biosecurity standards. The clinic operates an integrated on-site system for full control over patient care.

Internal infrastructure includes:

• Diagnostic imaging and clinical laboratory
• Blood lab capabilities
• Central sterilization unit for surgical instruments
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and hospitalization areas

Post-surgical recovery areas provide independent access for patients. They also include workspaces for documentation and surgical planning.

International Patient Services

Clinic Especialistas del Poblado treats a significant volume of foreign patients. The facility offers an exclusive transport service to move patients to and from their local residence. An official postoperative review line is available via WhatsApp for direct contact with specialists. This allows patients to schedule reviews and ask questions about their recovery.
