I went today at noon to get information about orthodontic treatment and made an appointment for the evening. They gave me an appointment for 7:00 PM. I arrived around 7:00 PM and registered, and the woman at the reception desk said, "We'll call you back," so I started waiting. It was crowded. The receptionist was friendly, but she didn't tell me which doctor would be handling my treatment, and she doesn't manage the appointment system. As I said, it was crowded. One or two patients were waiting, and all the patients who had come in before me got in. I didn't mind this, but after a while, they started accepting the patients who had come in after me. So, I went and told her. While I was still waiting, she mentioned the woman who had come in 5 minutes earlier and said, "We'll see you later, there's one person ahead of you," but I'd been waiting for 1:30 hours. My 7:00 PM appointment was now 8:30 PM. If so, why are they rescheduling it for 7:00 PM? I'm busy, and I've wasted 1:30 hours. I talked to the doctor because I was waiting, but I'm really angry about this situation; I'm going to be disgraced with my money. We shouldn't be disgracing our doctor.
