After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant systems which are being used in many countries. Dr. Yahya Özel is a highly experienced general surgeon with expertise in bariatric surgery, hepatobiliary diseases, abdominal hernias, endocrine surgery, and oncological surgery. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1990 and pursued his specialization in General Surgery at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital between 2001 and 2006. Dr. Fırat Oruç is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist with 20 years of experience (since 2005). He has worked at Medical Park Antalya Hospital Complex since 2008. He previously worked at Private Lara Hospital (2005–2007) and completed his military service at GATA Istanbul (2007–2008).

Clinical focus includes knee, shoulder, and hip surgery; joint prostheses; soft tissue and bone tumors; pediatric orthopedics; and hand surgery. He earned his medical degree from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine (1993–1999). He completed his Orthopedics and Traumatology residency at Akdeniz University (1999–2005).
