As much as I loved the doctors and treatment, I equally disliked the service and constant calls from reception - something needs to be done about this!
I have already spent around 8,000 zloty at your clinic, and I have no complaints about the treatment. The doctors and treatment are the best I've ever had in my life, but the reception service and phone calls are simply a disaster.
Managers constantly call (even though you ask them not to), they call the day after your appointment (around eight in the morning), they call during work hours, they constantly try to reschedule appointments (even though you can barely find time to book treatment in the first place), they record the wrong time on WhatsApp (which is also confusing). If you think this is customer care - it's not, it's horrible. I literally have a phone just for you, and yes - I asked reception not to call me, but the calls continue anyway, with or without reason. I already know when my appointment is, and if I want to cancel or reschedule it - I'll do it myself. You literally draw too much attention to yourselves, which causes irritation. Oh yes, even if they called you and reminded you about the appointment, they'll still send you an SMS with a link to confirm the appointment, just in case you forgot you have an appointment.
I have no issues with the treatment, the doctors are the best, thank you for the treatment, but management and reception are terrible.
