Yesterday I had my worst experience in a hospital, in Sistem. I used to go here for a variety of reasons but after yesterday, I will never recommend this hospital nor acknowledge it as a private hospital since the service reminded me more of a place trying to take advantage of people who are in need of help than actually putting the patients needs first. I had an appointment planned 13:40 with a doctor , which I made online , which showed me that the doctor had multiple free hours. When I arrived at the hospital and paid a large amount of money to see the doctor , ( i assume) his assistant informed me that the doctor was still in an operation and that he would be here as soon as possible. After half an hour , I asked the assistant again when I will be able to see the doctor. She told me the operation had a bit of delay and that it would take approximately an extra 20 minutes and that the appointment it self would take 30 minutes at most. Those 20 minutes also passed by and I ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for my appointment. To avoid this, I especially made an appointment the day before and it ended up taking me more time then i actually had on hand and which i was not informed by by neither his assistant or the lady the counter that was registering the patients. i finally was able to see the doctor , but was also showed out after a good five minutes (!!!) and was told by the doctor that he is too tired to help me today and that he could see me the next day again. I was not informed at all about the procedure that would follow or the healing process after. I will never be disrespectful toward doctors or their job but in this situation i felt unseen, disrespected and not taken seriously. So I adressed this situation with the accounted which referred me to the director , Mrs Kaya, to file a complaint and agree to a fitting solution. The accountant told me that i would not be able to get my money back which is not true because the director offered this within a minute and without either assuring or understanding the core issue of the situation. In fact, she started raising her voice and her tone was getting quite agressive and disrespectful when we could not gain agreement about the issue. She told me to find another place to go if I was not satisfied with the service and experience at System. Im glad I at least got my money back because in no way, shape or form did I receive help or felt welcomed at System. The conversation I had with the director was absolutely not appropriate and I do not think Kaya should have this position in a hospital, at all. But just like she told me , i will advice you guys that there are better hospitals in Kayseri and system will not meet your needs and only take your money.
