Absolutely can NOT fault the treatment I received from Rosental Dental Practice! It is evident that the whole team is entirely focused on safe patient care.
The clinic is modern with a calm interior. All the latest technology is on hand to provide efficient treatment.
The reception and nursing staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. A special mention should be given to the domestic staff; the clinic is absolutely spotless.
I 100% agree with the comments made by the other reviewers. I would very much recommend Rosental to anyone considering dental work.
I thought it may be useful to read about a patient's story:
I was in dire need of dental work and, after visiting a few local practices here in the UK, I found myself researching Dental Tourism. I stumbled across Rosental after reading a few blogs so sent a message to the famous Martin to enquire on process and costs etc. I then sent my charts and 'wish list' and it was explained that the plan could not be confirmed until an 'in person' examination had been undertaken.
January 2025 saw me, two daughters and a Grandson setting off for 5 days in Budapest. Naturally I had a 'moment' on the plane wondering to myself if I was doing the right thing but within 30 seconds of walking into the practice I knew I had made the right decision.
The clinic offers accommodation on site but we chose to stay centrally in the city as I knew from previous trips that Budapest has an excellent and affordable public transport system. The number 41 tram stops about 150 meters from the clinic. It takes about 40 minutes from the city centre.
After checking in at reception I was taken for my 3D scans and plain X Rays then into the clinic room with Dr Laura Gotai and Dr Mate Vincze. After an examination, my treatment and cost options were discussed and a plan was made. After going through a full consent procedure Dr Vincze started the surgery.
That first morning I had three extractions, a sinus lift (bone graft) and 5 first stage implant insertions all under local anaesthetic; this was completed in three hours. I was given prophylactic and post op antibiotics plus post op pain medications. I also saw Dr Gabor Lukats for a root canal filling on a molar.
I had minimal pain after the local anaesthetic had worn off (great surgical technique), so met my family in the city and spent the afternoon sightseeing. I had been given an ice pack to help with swelling which I applied three times a day until my return to the UK. Two days after the surgery, I returned to the practice for a check up.
I had some slight swelling for a week plus bruising came out at day three post op which disappeared after a week.
The second stage of my treatment took place in September 2025, this time with Dr Boglarka Boross. I had a total of five appointments, the first being four hours long so that the abutments could be fitted, old crowns removed, teeth prepared for new crowns, impressions and temporary crowns fitting, again, under local anaesthetic. The following two appointments were focused on trying in the crowns and making multiple adjustments in order to give me the perfect bite and a great big brilliant smile! I finally got my new teeth on the fourth appointment and I honestly cannot find the words to express how happy I am with the result.
In total I had:
3 extractions.
Sinus Lift.
5 implants (I opted for the Alpha Bio).
1 root canal.
24 crowns (I opted for Zirconium).
I don't want to mention how much I paid as prices fluctuate all the time but I will say that it was a third of the price I would have paid in the UK.
Now, three weeks later, my face aches from smiling, I wear bright red lipstick at every opportunity and I no longer worry about what food I'm going to eat.
Thank you all at Rosental. I will be seeing you sometime in the summer for a check up!
