Memorial Hospital Review in Istanbul
I recently used the services of Memorial Hospital in Istanbul (at one of its branches), and here's how I rate my experience. Overall, the experience was positive, but there are some points worth noting.
1. High-quality infrastructure and equipment
The hospital is equipped with modern medical equipment and the latest diagnostic and treatment methods.
The rooms and wards are comfortable, and many features have been thoughtfully designed for patient convenience.
2. Qualified staff
The doctors are reputable, experienced specialists, and the staff is polite and attentive. We especially appreciated the translators/assistants for international patients—they help navigate the hospital and facilitate communication.
3. International Standards and Certifications
Memorial is a medical group accredited by international standards (JCI and others), accepts patients from many countries, and has an advanced infrastructure. 4. Comfort, service, additional services
— Translators, easy paperwork, and medical tourism services at some branches, as well as assistance with transfers, accommodations, and documentation.
— Cleanliness, patient care, and a comfortable waiting area (spacious hallways, comfortable areas) are noted by many.

My daughter Masal was the first patient in the pediatric observation area. They will never forget us, nor will we forget them. A wonderful team and a wonderful doctor took care of her. I'm grateful to the nurses, valets, security, and patient receptionists for their smiling faces and diligent work. I'm so glad they exist; I extend a heartfelt thank you.
