Wouldn't mind getting reprimanded for not knowing German if I also wasn't pissing blood at the time. Still there is a way to get around with English only and most of the staff were nice. Whole thing took about 4 hours which is the usual for not sever cases even if acute.

It was a great experience, normally emergency at the hospitals are filled with patients, here is different, it’s not crowded and you will be immediately treat it

I believe some of the reviews might be a bit unfair so I will share our experience.
We arrived in Berlin and only a few hours later my wife had a serious allergic reaction and we did not know where to go. We tried to get to the emergency room but since we don't speak a word of German it seemed complicated at first. We asked at the reception and they pointed us to the 2nd floor. It was a bit intimidating but we needed help so we went.
Once on the second floor, we rang the bell and waited to be received by one of the nurses. Inside, we sorted the payment (150€) and they treated my wife right away. All the nurses and the doctor we interacted with were kind and spoke perfect English. We were able to leave a few hours later and continue our holiday. We are very grateful that we got the help we needed.

Hello,
I am writing to share my positive feedback. I have no relatives or know people from the group I am talking about. I believe that it is fair to share not only bad feedback but also good.
My first appointment should be in 2 months, but my situation worsened, so I decided to go to this hospital, where I did not have a pre-appointment.
I visited St. Francis Hospital on 19.07.2024 at 8:30 am.
I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and teamwork of the medical staff. In private clinics, I had to wait much longer. Maybe I was lucky, but here it was extremely fast considering what the doctors did:
- measured my temperature,
- measured my blood pressure,
- took urine for test examinations and received results,
- did a blood test and received results,
- performed an ultrasound scan,
- and an X-ray.
All these things took 2.5 hours!
I have noticed that highly professional and motivated people work here.
I can also imagine that the waiting times can be longer at peak times, but I don't think they are longer than in any other hospital or clinic.
I wish all the best to people who work there and a big thank you for having this motivated and perfectly organized team!

Mir wurde ein Y Prothese bei einen Bauchaortenaneurysma eingesetzt. Sehr kompetente Chirugen, die mich vorher schon drei Jahre betreut haben und die Kontrollen durchführten. Hatte überhaupt keine Angst, fühlte mich total sicher. Das Pflegepersonal gibt das Beste und das bei Personalmangel. Ich kann nur das Beste sagen und freue mich, das alles so gut klappte.
