Je suis la compagne de BENHARROUS Meyer et je poste cet avis pour répondre à la clinique. J'ai accompagné 2 fois mon ami à Budapest sur 4 séjours qu'il a fait. Mon ami n' a jamais eu une forte mastication puisqu'il n'a jamais pu manger avec ses 2 implants et qu'il vous l'a répété de nombreuses fois et vous le savez très bien. Cessez donc de raconter n'importe quoi et de mentir ouvertement. De plus, il a une très bonne hygiène dentaire et ne fume pas. Il n'y a donc aucune explication à apporter à vos échecs répétés si ce n'est votre incompétence à poser correctement des implants. Le dentiste parisien qui a déposé la couronne 37 car elle ne tenait plus du tout, a constaté des problèmes avec l'autre couronne qui est très instable et il n'est pas impossible que nous soyons obligés de refaire les 2 couronnes prochainement. I missed an email with change in my appointments and therefore my first morning appointment. There is a number to call that redirects every time to a Susan’s voicemail which I found a bit strange. Luckily my appointment could be rescheduled in the evening but as it was already 6pm I felt my Veneers preparation was rushed and I ended up with a not greatly super yellow done temporary cover for my filed front teeth. This came off everyday and I couldn’t eat properly. I went bac…k twice to have it fixed but the lady just glued it back on. It fell off again immediately after. When I had my appointment to try on the veneers I had a different dentist and she was just amazing she made me a proper temporary cover for my front teeth that didn’t come off. Then to the shock she put the veneers on my teeth and they looked worse than my teeth before (I only had minor problems with 2 of my front teeth one was slightly chipped the other one a bit discoloured) but the veneers looked horrible. I re- explained her what I initially had asked for and she said that this can be done by the technician and she will let them know. The next day was my final visit and the veneers had to be placed. When she put them on again she realised, that the veneers weren’t changed at all and had to file them herself. I was happy with her service but feel like the final result has a grey look to it. I’m sure I’ll have to eventually get them redone but wouldn’t go back to this clinic.

It was amazing when I had my first MRI. But my mri has been deleted the online portal.
And they won't put it back up after saying they would. Its been over a week now.

Excellent experience at MDental with Dr Zsofia Pócsai, Dr Judit Czene and Dr Rácz Andrea, all highly skilled, professional, friendly and caring. Also all the Dental Assistants, the receptionists and Attila. Much respect to everyone who made my visit to Budapest for dental treatment such a nice experience. Big love to all.😁❤😁

I am very happy with my experience at MDental in Budapest. The clinic is in a convenient location and the service was very professional. I had 3 visits in total to complete the procedure and every visit was perfect: the appointments start on time, all staff speak English very well, and the results are of a high quality. Also the communication prior and during the process was excellent, and any question you have is answered. I can totally recommend this facility, I really felt I was in good hands here!

hello I was at the medical clinic for the following care 8 crowns on the front teeth for an aesthetic purpose and an implant plus 4 crowns on inner teeth… in total one implant and 12 crowns first of all no aesthetic consultation was done by your clinic at first appointment I also remind you that the test of the crowns was 10/01/2019 and that your dentist found that the results were not beautiful but shocking !! and that the final pose was done the next day 11/01/2019 is the result was almost the same as the day before which is normal since your lab built crowns which was very large compared to my basic teeth and also compared to the photo (especially the canines that are not at all related to what I had before or with what I want) which forced your dentist to adjust not following my request but rather because I refused to put the crowns in the state Following the explanations of my esthetic dentist in France the result does not correspond to my morphology and the adjustments made on the teeth had an impact not only on the smooth effect of the crowns but also on the thickness and present a risk on the duration of life of the crowns Let me remind you of the commitment of all dentists in the world on the result requested by the patient and not judged by the clinic the crown placed on the tooth 45 while it has an undetected and untreated infection Today, the cost to do the work in France is more than 9 000 euros In conclusion: I asked the clinic to do the work again to load their load what I think normal I am still waiting for their return

Clinique haut de gamme, à la pointe du progrès, idéalement située. Les soins, l'organisation, la compétence sont au rendez-vous. Pour moi ce fut un sans faute et je la recommande aux hésitants, aux septiques.

The condescending and arrogant style of the radiology specialist in a private health center is disappointing to me, but if the goal is to alienate the patients, it is a good direction.
Contrary to what is described on the website, the completed and evaluated recordings are not sent within 24 hours of the examination, and if you dare to say this on the spot, you will also not get a civilized answer.

Terrible, disorganized, disrespectful liars. After 1 year returned to Mdental to find registration receptionist saying that my appointment time is 30 minutes later than scheduled. After 20 minutes confused orthodontist called my wife into the office. Then told her that he meant to call me instead, but I am no longer available???? After waiting for nothing for 40 minutes registration receptionist re-appeared just to announce that we should pay for all their services immediately & upfront, before they even performed a single treatment. She proceeded to tell us that this is a new Mdental policy. Simply disgusting to treat returning customers this way.
