Excellent medical centre. Professional doctor and front office team. I was looking to do V shape facelift. I was scouting other clinics and I was impressed with way the customer service staff responded to my enquiry. I decided to go for the consult with the medical centre and the attending specialist was very patient and thorough in the treatment plan. I proceeded with the procedure immediately after. I have very happy with Dr Jessie as she really exceeded my expectations with her treatment. She recommended a combination of fillers and Botox to volumize certain areas of my face and also solve my wrinkles. I had a wonderful time in Beverly.

My daughter had her double eyelid surgery done last two week, Dr Chead is extremely professional, he explained everthing very thoroughly to us.All staffs were friendly, Our consultation and surgery appointment arranged by Ms. Koh Wit Lyn, she is pretty and helpful. Excellent service from Dr Karen and Dr Jessie. They are very nice and always make me comfortable during treatment. The result from the treatment makes me very confident. The environment in Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre is really amazing. The staffs are very friendly. Amanda is very helpful in making all the appointments for me and my friend and also a good customer consultant especially when i have any enquiry.

6 weeks ago, I had done the best decision of my life that is Breast Augmentation by Dr Nasir. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, nurses who looked after me for 24hrs, my friend & the best beauty consultant there is in KL - Anthea Parrott, for guiding me and tirelessly answering all my queries & kept me at ease in times of worries & most esp my surgeon Dr Nasir — he has truly done a perfect job for me personally, for helping me finalised my decision & truly leading me to the right choices. My experience was a dream, everyone was thoughtful & made me feel at ease throughout the whole journey. I am very happy with the results & would 100% recommend & trust the clinic.

The over all experience with Carina the first line of contact, the caring and attentive nurses and finally having surgery with Dr Nasir at the Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre was by far leading the way in the field of cosmetic and plastic surgery. I don't say this lightly. I have had many surgeries to date and what stood out amoung every other surgery from Bangkok, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, & many other surgeries in Thailand was Dr Nasir's ability to listen to me for the surgery I was asking for, without scaring me into needing this done and that done!
And while it was general practice to opt for a more expensive surgery, to be sure of a complete 'clean up' Dr Nasir very pleasantly agreed to the lower cost surgery but not without kindly informing me of the pros and cons and the possibilities that if something came up during surgery he would need to attend to that.
I would strongly recommend Dr Nasir, who was also recommended to me by a girlfriend who has had many wonderful surgeries. Thank you Carina for your continued warm and wonderful support and the entire team at Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur

My experience in Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre was the best. They are truly the best Cosmetic Surgery Medical Centre i visited. I would DEFINITELY recommend Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre. Below is my full story and experience that i would share to everyone:I gave birth to my 2nd child 4 months ago. 2 month into post pregnancy i noticed some mass at my tummy area and immediately consulted a doctor in a different hospital and the specialist mentioned that i had hernia. I was scheduled in for surgery shortly after to perform hernia repair surgery. The post operation recovery was really bad in terms of wound healing and the looks of the tummy. I was really worried and i thought that i had to live with. I then heard about Dato Dr Jalil Jidon, a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon from a Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre. The customer service guy was really polite and helpful in booking my appointment with Dr Jalil in short notice. During the consultation Dr Jalil discovered that i still have my hernia and the wound condition could lead necrosis (damaged nerve) Dato Jalil immediately assessed my case and admitted me in for surgery the next day. 2 weeks post sugery during my follow up i was totally amazed with the huge transformation as a result of Dato Jalils work. He is truly the best cosmetic surgeon, i am truly blessed to have met him. I am soooo happy with the results and the looks of my tummy now. The ward suites looks so premium, more like a hotel facility. Amazing service from all the nurses they very supportive and helpful during my stay. I came to Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre to get my fillers done. When i first called the centre to enquire about the procedures, the customer services girl was very polite and explained the entire procedure and the process in detailed. When I arrived to the Medical Centre, it was really convinient as the centre provided free valet parking service for thier customers. The Medical Centre looks amazing, i was even served coffee while waiting for my turn to see the doctor. Dr Karen is simply wonderful with her service and treatment. This is not my first time gettint my fillers done, but Dr Karen did such a wonderful job that i was amazed with the results. The nurse, Sam who was asissting was lovely. I woilf definitely come here again for my future treatments. Great service, amazing medical centre. *Thumbs Up*

I had a fantastic experience with my breast augmentation at Beverly Hills Wilshire in KL. From the start, Anthea Parrott was incredibly helpful—her warm personality and excellent communication made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Dr. Nasir truly stood out; unlike other doctors, he took the time to carefully measure and recommend a size that suits my body, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. The overnight stay at the clinic was also exceptional— the nurses were attentive and kind, and the room felt more like a hotel than a hospital. Highly recommend!
