Доктор Небіл Сезер є стоматологом зі ступенем магістра наук, який закінчив факультет стоматології Стамбульського університету в 1988 році. Він має великий досвід роботи з керамічно-порцеляновим ламінатом, дентальною імплантологією та лазерною стоматологією, а також брав участь у багатьох міжнародних і національних конгресах і симпозіумах. Він вільно володіє англійською та арабською мовами та одружений, має двох дітей.
