Професор медицини, завідувач кафедри ендокринології та метаболізму медичного факультету Віденського медичного університету. Працював у багатьох організаціях, таких як секція ендокринології Європейського союзу медичних спеціалістів та Австрійське товариство ендокринології. Понад 300 публікацій у рецензованих журналах, що охоплюють галузі клінічних, фундаментальних та трансляційних досліджень.

Доктор є керівником групи хірургічної ендокринології у Віденському медичному університеті. Він спеціаліст із загальної та вісцеральної хірургії та має ступінь доктора медицини (2005). Він організував кілька конференцій і є членом кількох медичних товариств. Зараз він очолює робочу групу хірургічної ендокринології Віденського медичного університету. Він отримав премію Venia Docendi Award у 2017 році та премію Sandoz за дослідження щитовидної залози у 2010 році.

He completed his medical education at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine between 2005-2011 and his specialization education at Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine between 2013-2018. He successfully passed the board of the Turkish Surgical Society in 2018, and became the 3rd in Turkey in the minor medical specialization exam. He earned the title of Surgical Oncologist with the education he received at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine between 2018-2021.
