Dr. Anıl Hişmi graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and began his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003 at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in 2009 and started working as an ENT specialist at Mardin State Hospital that same year.

Between 2010 and 2018, Dr. Hişmi held various positions in hospitals across Turkey, focusing on advanced ENT procedures including nasal surgery, sinus treatments and otoplasty. In 2018, he moved to the United States where he worked as a research fellow in the Department of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This international research experience further refined his expertise in facial anatomy and functional-aesthetic surgery techniques.

From 2019 to 2022, he served as a specialist at the Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital’s ENT department, providing both surgical care and mentorship to junior colleagues. During the 2022–2024 academic years, he taught theoretical and practical ENT training at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Medicine, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr. Hişmi has authored over 30 scientific publications in national and international medical journals and has been an active speaker at numerous global conferences, including the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

With more than 20 years of surgical experience, Dr. Hişmi is known for his advanced skill in rhinoplasty, nasal airway surgery, and otoplasty. He speaks both Turkish and English fluently and combines academic precision with a highly personalized approach to patient care.

Dr. Aysel Paşazade began her medical education in 2010 at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed her degree in 2016. She started working in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital in 2018, where she deepened her clinical and academic experience under a university hospital setting.

After years of advanced surgical training and hands-on clinical work, she completed her specialization in 2023 and officially received the title of “Specialist Doctor” in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Paşazade has consistently invested in her professional development, attending numerous training programs, surgical symposiums and international congresses. These include the 7th Istanbul Rhinoplasty Live Surgery Course and the Face to Face Istanbul 2024 International Surgery Congress, both of which reflect her commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation in aesthetic surgery.

She is a member of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association (EPCD) and actively contributes to the aesthetic medicine community through both academic and practical channels.

Fluent in Turkish, English, Russian and Azerbaijani, Dr. Paşazade is able to communicate comfortably with patients from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Barış Kanık began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and completed his training in 2015. In 2017, he started working as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, one of Istanbul’s major training and research institutions.

In 2022, he was appointed to Çankırı State Hospital, where he completed his compulsory medical service between 2022 and 2024. Throughout his career, he has consistently pursued professional development by participating in advanced training programs and earning certifications in microsurgery, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic techniques.

He holds certifications from the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS), the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and the Turkish Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Dr. Kanık joined Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in August 2024. His surgical focus includes a wide range of both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, guided by a patient-centered and detail-oriented approach. Dr. Çağatay Öner graduated from the English Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2014. He began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2015 and successfully completed his residency at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2020.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in Germany, where he had the opportunity to expand his clinical experience and knowledge specifically in aesthetic surgery. This international exposure deepened his understanding of European surgical techniques and patient care standards.

Between 2020 and 2022, Dr. Öner worked at Şırnak State Hospital, where he performed a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, serving a diverse patient population and further refining his surgical skills.

He has authored several publications in national and international scientific journals and remains committed to academic and professional development within the field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Öner is a certified member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He is fluent in Turkish, English and French, and he continues to perform both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures with a focus on natural-looking outcomes and patient-centered care.

Dr. Can Zeliha Gül completed her medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) in 2011. She began her professional surgical career by specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where she trained from 2011 to 2017.

Following her residency, she served as a plastic surgeon at Gaziantep Nizip State Hospital between 2017 and 2019, providing both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures to a wide range of patients.

From 2019 to 2021, she joined the team at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery, where she honed her skills in advanced aesthetic procedures. Her work during this period significantly deepened her expertise in aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation.

In August 2023, Dr. Gül returned to Vanity Hospital, where she now continues to serve as a board-certified plastic surgeon, offering high-quality care and results-driven treatment plans. Dr. Mert Sızmaz graduated from the English Department of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey's most reputable medical schools. He completed his specialty training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where he built a solid foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.

In 2019, he participated in an observership program in the United States, gaining valuable international exposure. During his time abroad, he had the opportunity to observe and experience numerous surgeries at Tampa General Hospital, a major academic medical center known for its advanced surgical training.

Following his return to Turkey, Dr. Sızmaz completed his compulsory state service at Kars Harakani State Hospital. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the field with several publications in both national and international medical journals.

He joined the surgical team at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in 2023, where he continues to provide a wide range of cosmetic procedures to both local and international patients. Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı graduated from the esteemed Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. During his medical studies, he was awarded the prestigious Turkish-German Medical Association Scholarship, which enabled him to continue part of his education at Giessen University in Germany.

Following medical school, he completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, where he began developing his expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

He later expanded his international experience by being accepted as an International Fellow at the University of Wisconsin’s Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the United States. There, he not only refined his surgical skills but also gained deep insight into global communication and patient management practices.

Since beginning his surgical practice in 2006, Dr. Yeşiladalı has performed well over 10,000 cosmetic procedures with a consistent weekly average of 15 surgeries. 

In 2016, he founded Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital, now one of Istanbul’s most recognized private institutions for aesthetic medicine, welcoming thousands of international patients each year.
