Працював в Університеті Ататюрка (пластична хірургія) у 2012–2018. У 2020–2022 входив до викладацького складу. Далі працював у Clinicexpert (2022–2023) та Esterian Clinic (2023–2024). Має сертифікати з базової хірургії кисті (2016), базової мікрохірургії (2017) та мінімально інвазивних методик (2017).

Серед ключових результатів — серія з 112 пацієнтів із неповним розщепленням піднебіння. Виконав реконструкції вільними клаптями у 52 випадках на верхніх кінцівках і 56 — на нижніх. Також опублікував серію з 10 випадків опікової контрактури, усунутої мікросудинними методами. Виконував мікроанастомоз печінкової артерії під час трансплантації печінки від живого донора. Має публікації в J Craniofacial Surg, J Oral Maxillofac Surg, J Cranio-Maxillofac Surg та J Cutan Med Surg.
